  At Miele.com it’s extremely easy and convenient to return merchandise. There’s no cost to you for return shipping. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Miele purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund.  
   Please note:  
 
  • Gift packaging charges cannot be refunded.
  • This Returns policy applies only to purchases made on our website, miele.com. For purchases made from other vendors (such as one of our authorized dealers), please refer to their respective returns policies.
 
   Repairs and Service Information  
  At Miele, we strive to design and build the best quality products in the world. If, however, your vacuum cleaner requires service , our network of trained and Authorized Vacuum Dealers will be glad to assist you. These independent merchants are located throughout the United States, most likely in a town near you.

   Returning your vacuum cleaner  
   Using the Return Shipping Label
To avoid shipping charges and ensure proper delivery and identification of your return, the pre-paid UPS shipping label sent with your order should be used.

   Packing and Shipping  
  To prepare your vacuum for return to us, follow these few simple steps.
  1. Pack the product in its original carton along with the packing slip. It is best if you use the outer box the items arrived in. If it is not available, another box can be used. If you no longer have the packing slip, see Lost Your Packing Slip?
  2. Put the return shipping label on the outside of the box.
  3. Contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS for a package pickup, or drop the vacuum cleaner at any UPS store. It’s that simple!
    Note: Pick-up calls to UPS incur a pick-up charge while drop-offs at a UPS store do not.

  4. Once your return has been processed, your credit card account should reflect your refund within two billing cycles.
  5. Please note that the UPS shipping label is only valid for use in the USA.

   Lost Your Packing Slip?  
  If you ordered an item that you want to return but can't find the packing slip, you can still return it by calling (800) 640-2613. We will aid you in finding the correct order information for the return.

   Gift Refunds  
  If you return a product you received as a gift, the refund can only be posted on the purchaser's credit card.
